| Rates plus 11.41% Hawaii tax and credit card on file or $500 refundable damage deposit. Until confirmed, rates subject to change without notice. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, including American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking and balance due in 60 days prior to your arrival.

| Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance, in case your plans change or cannot travel.

| 7-night minimum stay; 10% discount for 2 or more weeks booking; Discounts not applicable during holiday seasons. Cleaning charges are $75 for 2 guests and $100 for up to 6.
You are also required to pay $56 to Manager upon checkin for city Tax and if you have car $35/wk for permit for car parking.
