Kapoho Bay is 30-miles south east of Hilo the capital, largest and oldest city on the Big Island. Waikoloa Village Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is also close by and in the neighborhood, explore the Puna area's Lava Tree State Park and Ahalanui County Park's naturally heated swimming pools, Kapoho's exquisite coral gardens, the Keaau orchid growing area and many more adventures and interests to visit. |

| Rates are for 2 guests ($20 each add'l guest; maximum of 10 guest). Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 quests, or if needed for the elderly. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM | ||||||
| Notice: Guests are allowed no more than 4 additional daytime visitors due to capacity limitations of water and sanitation service restrictions. If guests anticipate more visitors please consider renting more than one rental in the area. Mahalo for your understanding. The game room is accessible to all guests. | ||||||

| Rates plus 11.41% Hawaii tax with a credit card on file or $300 refundable damage deposit required unless paying with credit card. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150 for 7 to 8 guests. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, including American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. | ||||||
| There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property however, with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean. | ||||||
| Three (3) night minimum stay; 10% discount for stays of 1 month (28+ days). Discounts not applicable during holiday seasons and and until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. | ||||||
| Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance, in case your plans change or cannot travel. | ||||||
| Last Minute Specials: Discount of nightly rate by 10% if the rental is still vacant and the booking date is within 15 days of the arrival dates. | ||||||
| Please Note: Guests will not be sharing this home. Guests will be enjoying both levels of the house. The lower level has a 4th bedroom, bathroom, pool table room and sunbathing deck along the front of the pond for your personal enjoyment. | ||||||

'click here' Pahoa Farmers Market unfolds in all its full splendor only on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Begun in 1988 with just a few produce sellers, this open-air market has grown to feature nearly 130 vendors selling everything from exotic fruits and flowers to specialty foods, jewelry, island-made clothing and traditional Hawaiian crafts.
