| Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 10 guests). Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less, otherwise check-out before 10 AM. | |
| Rates plus Hawaii Transient Tax 12.4166% (July 2010 increase - 13.4166%) with a credit card on file or $500 refundable damage deposit required unless paying with credit card. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests, $150 for 7 to 8 guests, & $200 for 9 to 10 guests. To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary. Thank you for your cooperation.
