In champagne pond you can swim, snorkel and see lots of beautiful fish and sea turtles. The ocean is warm, clean, clear, sparkling blue.

3Bedrooms, living Room, kitchen, 2 baths and Laundry Room are on second level to offer the spectacular of the ocean, waves & ponds. There is a Game Room with a Pool Table, another Laundry Room area, One Full Bath and Bedroom with Queen Size Bed is on Lower Level with direct Aquatic Pond Access. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, over 2100 s.f. living area and 2 huge decks to enjoy the ocean. Front Deck has Glass Panels so that it does not block the Ocean view while you are sitting and enjoying the deck.

This paradise offers 4 Bedrooms with queen size Sealy Pospurepedic beds in each bedroom. 8 people can sleep comfortably. Most of the rooms in this home offer ocean views.  There is a Jaccuzzi bathtub in bathroom with a prism skylight.

A lot of open space with large (14x24') deck & Gas BBQ. Enjoy BBQing while enjoying the Ocean View, glass patio doors to see the ocean from living room.

• BOOKING: We accept all major credit cards: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal or postal checks but we will require a $200 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. We require 50% payment upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival or you can decide to make full payment at the time of booking.
• TAX: All charges are subject to Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%.
• CLEANING CHARGES:
  
  • $125 for 6 or less guests (upper level amenities and lower level pool table)
  • $150 for 7 to 8 guests and Upper & Lower level (Lower level bedroom & bath as well)
  • $200 if there happens to be 9-10 guests.
  • To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary. Thank you for your cooperation. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and a minimum of $250 additional cleaning fee will apply if the policy is violated.
• REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $200 Security Deposit which will be returned back on to the credit or debit card 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding.
• 3 night minimum stay, Holiday Season is 7 night minimum stay
• Guests will not be sharing this home. Guests will be enjoying both levels of the house. The lower level has a bathroom, pool table room and sunbathing deck along the front of the pond. The private large Aqua Pond on the Property & Drive will be shared with the Kapoho Estate Oceanfront Home guests next door. We encourage Guests to bring beach towels & water gear of their own preference.
• Our Rental Policy does not allow tents or canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings with non-guests, max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Amenities are subject to change. 
• Property is supplied with initial amount of: Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Dish soap, Body soap, & Laundry Detergent.

• If you cancel your reservation or cancel any number of nights of your reservation and it\'s more than 60 days prior to check-in, we will refund your payment less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.
• Please keep in mind that any changes to your reservation may incur a fee after you are booked.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
