| Notice: Guests are allowed no more than 4 additional daytime visitors due to capacity limitations of water and sanitation service restrictions. If guests anticipate more visitors please consider renting more than one rental in the area. Mahalo for your understanding. | ||||
| Ideal Wedding Location - $250 fee plus tax charged per day use for weddings with a maximum number of 30 guests. Porta potty required and both Oceanfront Home and Oceanside Villa must be booked for a minimum 3 day stay. | ||||
| Rates plus 11.42% Hawaii tax with a credit card on file or $300 refundable damage deposit required unless paying with credit card. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150 for 7 to 8 guests. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, including American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM. | ||||
| Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance, in case your plans change or cannot travel. | ||||
| There is great swimming/snorkeling from our property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean. This is a 2nd story home with only the top floor offered for rent and NOT handicap accessible. | ||||
| Three (3) night minimum stay; 10% discount for stays of 1 month (28+ days). Discounts not applicable during holiday seasons and and until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. | ||||
| Last Minute Specials: Discount of nightly rate by 15% if the rental is still vacant and the booking date is within 30 days of the arrival dates. | ||||
