Discounts and Specials: WEEKLY SPECIAL 10% OFF for 7-night or longer stay. Our returning guests enjoy a 5% discount. A 20% discount for a month or longer stay. Discounts and specials cannot be combined and not applicable during the holidays (Dec 19-Jan 2). Until confirmed, rates and amenities are subject to change without notice. Kids Under 2 yrs stay FREE!
Rates plus Hawaii Transient Tax 13.4166%. Plus cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150-$175 for 7-10 guests. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, includes: American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. There is great swimming/snorkeling about 200’ from the property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean.
Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 10 guests). No additional daily guests permitted. Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary which then an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less, otherwise checkout at 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully... If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival (ie: American Express, AIG, etc).
Bed Arrangements: Third Level Master Suite: Offers Dynamic 270 sweeping view of the Ocean, Full Bath with Jacuzzi Tub, Large walk-in closet, 10’ wide windows and 14’X 20’ covered Lanai to enjoy the ocean and sunset colors. Satellite TV, DSL and entertainment area in Master Suite. Middle Level: Ocean View Master Bedroom has Queen Size bed and the other bedroom has queen size bed, 2 full baths, spacious full size kitchen with Island, dining area, sky lights, Laundry Facility, Large Deck with BBQ while enjoying the Ocean, TVs , DSL and entertainment area. Lower Level: 2 Bedroom has queen beds, Coffee Counter, Laundry Area, Garage/Game Room, TV. Please Note: This home is exclusively rented to our guests and will not be sharing this home with others.
Our Rental Policy does not allow tents and canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, Max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
