Our Kapoho Estate is located in the sunniest spot on the quiet side of the Big Island of Hawaii.

For your enjoyment we have out door kitchen with a Gas BBQ, Sink and mini Fridge on the Patio so you are enjoying the Ocean while BBQ & the patio. We have expansive Ocean Views that are viewable through our doors & windows. Also, the home offers state of the art Kitchen Appliances and Washer/Dryer. In the living Room, there is a 56" Flat Screen TV with a surround sound System & a 32" flat screen TV in Master Bed. The living room counters were built with local Koa wood and tge Kitchen has Corian Counter tops.

Master Bedroom offers great Ocean Views.
Lower level: 2 out door bath Tubs with views of the Private Pond and Ocean. One tub is large whirlpool Jacuzzi tub.

For a day trip, head to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Take a peak at an explosion captured on film in the Kilauea Visitor's Center. Head down the Chain of Craters Road and look for flowing lava and explore the Thurston Lava Tube, the fern forests, and the other natural phenomena of the area, about One Hour Drive.

Lava Tree State Park, Restaurants and Super Market in Pahoa Town 15 min Drive from the Home.

• BOOKING: We accept all major credit cards: Discover, American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We also accept personal or postal checks but we will require a $200 refundable security deposit from a credit card prior to you mailing out a check. We require 50% payment upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival or you can decide to make full payment at the time of booking.

  • To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 2 or less guests, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary. Thank you for your cooperation. • REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a $200 Security Deposit which will be returned back on to the credit or debit card 7 business days after the exit of your stay as long as there is no damage, excess cleaning or any other charges outstanding.
• 3 night minimum stay, Holiday Season is 7 night minimum stay
• Guests will not be sharing this home. The private large Aqua Pond on the Property & Drive will be shared with the Kapoho Paradise Oceanfront Home guests next door. We encourage Guests to bring beach towels & water gear of their own preference.
• Our Rental Policy does not allow tents or canopies, parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings with non-guests, max 2 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Amenities are subject to change. 
• Property is supplied with initial amount of: Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Dish soap, Body soap, & Laundry Detergent.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Please Read Our Policy Carefully...

• If you cancel your reservation or cancel any number of nights of your reservation and it\'s more than 60 days prior to check-in, we will refund your payment less 20% handling fee. Cancellation of guests prior to 60 days of arrival subject to 4% credit card charge.
• Please keep in mind that any changes to your reservation may incur a fee after you are booked.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. No cancellation of guests within 60 days of arrival.
