Discounts: Our returning guests enjoy a 5% discount on rental rates. Last min bookings within 30 days of arrival 10% discount. A 10% discount for 7 or more nights stay. Discounts cannot be combined and not applicable during the holidays (Dec 19-Jan 2). Kids Under 2 yrs stay FREE!
Rates plus Hawaii Transient Tax 12.4166% (July 2010 increase - 13.4166%) with a credit card on file or $500 refundable damage deposit required unless paying with credit card. Plus cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests and $150-$175 for 7-10 guests. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, includes: American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival. There is great swimming/snorkeling about 350’ from the property with sea turtles and tropical fish in Champagne Pond and the ocean.
Rates are for 2 guests ($15 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 10 guests). Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM for parties of 6 or less, otherwise checkout at 10 AM.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully... If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. No changes allowed WITHIN 60 DAYS of your ARRIVAL (ie: can't change the number of guests charged, etc.) If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.
Bed Arrangements: Third Level Master Suite: Offers Dynamic 270 sweeping view of the Ocean, Full Bath with Jacuzzi Tub, Large walk-in closet, 10’ wide windows and 14’X 20’ covered Lanai to enjoy the ocean and sunset colors. Satellite TV, DSL and entertainment area in Master Suite. Middle Level: Ocean View Master Bedroom has Queen Size bed and the other bedroom has queen size bed, 2 full baths, spacious full size kitchen with Island, dining area, sky lights, Laundry Facility, Large Deck with BBQ while enjoying the Ocean, TVs , DSL and entertainment area. Lower Level: 2 Bedroom has queen beds, Coffee Counter, Laundry Area, Garage/Game Room, TV. Please Note: This home is exclusively rented to our guests and will not be sharing this home with others.
Our Rental Policy does not allow Parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, Max 3 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
