Rates are 4-night minimum - for 2 guests ($10 each add'l guest per night; maximum of 10 guests). Use of downstairs bedrooms is for when the party is more than 6 guests, or if needed for the elderly. Please let us know while booking if downstairs will be needed so that it can be cleaned and unlocked prior to your arrival. Check-in after 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM.
Rates plus Hawaii Transient Tax 12.4166% (July 2010 increase - 13.4166%) with a credit card on file or $500 refundable damage deposit required unless paying with credit card. Cleaning charges are $125 for up to 6 guests, $150 for 7 to 8 guests, & $200 for 9 to 10 guests. To reduce cleaning expenses, we ask if your party is 6 or less, to not use the downstairs bedrooms/beds unless it is absolutely necessary. Thank you for your cooperation. We accept all major credit cards includes: American Express, Master & Visa Cards. We require 50% deposit upon booking with balance due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Please Read Our Policy Carefully... If you cancel more than 60 days ahead, we will refund your deposit less 20% handling fee. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, we will refund your balance only if the unit can be re-booked less 20% handling fee. We encourage you to purchase trip insurance as unforeseen events beyond your or our control can affect travel plans prior to or after your arrival.
Bed Arrangements: Upper Level Ocean Views: Master Bedroom, King Size and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Lower Level: Two bedrooms have 2 queens and kitchenette and 2nd Laundry Room. Sleeps 2-10
Our Rental Policy does not allow parties, weddings, loud music and gatherings, max 3 cars, no parking on the streets. Quiet Hours 10 PM to 8 AM.
