Payment Info: 

• We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards, including American Express, Master & Visa Cards. 

• There is a three night (3-night) minimum on all reservations.

• Hawaii room tax in the amount of 11.25% is added to each booking. 

• A deposit in the amount of one half (50%) of the rent (minimum of 3-nights rent) is required to confirm a reservation. 

• Remainder of payment is due 60 days before arrival. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you cancel the reservation, the deposit will be refunded, minus a 15% cancellation processing fee, if we are able to rebook the property.
